Client Agenda and Onboarding Plan

Dear [Client’s Name],

I hope this message finds you well. I am excited to embark on this journey with you and your team. As we progress, I want to share the agenda and plan for our upcoming pre-onboarding and onboarding calls to ensure a smooth and productive partnership.

We’ll have four calls: Pre-boarding, Onboarding, Kickoff, then GAP Analysis & Strategy.

Pre-Onboarding Call:

  • Provide client access to our Jetpack CRM tool. Here, the CRM manages tasks, events, and documents.

Call 1: Onboarding:

  • Welcome and agenda overview.
  • Introduction to our team, including myself and any colleagues working with you.
  • Walkthrough of Jetpack CRM.
  • Set clear expectations regarding call frequency, your expectations from our consulting services, and the process for taking consulting notes.
  • Assign the consulting expectations contract, onboarding questionnaire, and the current marketing you have in place. We call it the 9-step plan.  (please complete these documents 48 hours before our next call).
  • Request that you upload your marketing collateral to our CRM tool.

Before Our Next Call:

  • Schedule the 9-Step Plan call.
  • Review the website, marketing collateral, onboarding questionnaire, and any 9-Step Plan sections you have filled out.
  • Take detailed notes on each square of the 9-Step Plan and share any additional ideas you may have for improving your marketing.

Call 2: Detailed Diagnostics via a 9-Step Plan Kickoff Call:

  • We will go through the 9-Step Plan square by square, noting your current and potential activities in each section.

Before Our Next Call:

  • Add all potential activities to the Parking Lot section of the CRM.

Call 3: Gap Analysis, Team, & Strategic 90-Day Goals:

  • We will review the tasks and explain each section.
  • Discuss your team, any potential hires you may want to consider, and tools to adopt (e.g., Discord, Calendly, Asana).
  • Begin moving priority activities into the 90-Day Goals / Next Quarter sections, with a focus on quick wins that reduce friction or increase revenue.

If You Want to Continue to Work With Us:

  • Our ongoing work will involve working through the 9-Step Plan, implementing tactics, and tracking metrics.
  • Please note that the pace and focus of our work will be tailored to your specific needs and requirements.
  • We can arrange a monthly consultation fee or a block of hours so I can continue to work with you as you need.
