- Active/Inactive Status: Toggle the status of each mail template to active or inactive. Inactive templates will not be used.
- Subject Line: Edit the subject line of the email to suit your needs.
- Delivery Method: Choose the default or a different mail delivery method for each template. The chosen method must already be set up in Jetpack CRM.
- BCC Option: Include any additional email addresses to receive copies of the emails sent with this template.
- Email Content: Edit the body of the email. You can use HTML and insert placeholders as needed. It’s recommended to copy the original content into a text editor before editing, to have a backup.
- Previewing and Testing: Before saving, use the “Preview” and “Send Test” options to ensure the email appears as intended.
- Saving Changes: Once satisfied, click “Save” to apply your changes to all emails of that type.
