JetPack CRM Email Templates

The JetPack CRM email templates can be accessed and customized within the Jetpack CRM system. Here’s how you can find and edit them:

  1. Accessing Email Templates:
    • Go to Jetpack CRM > CRM Settings > Mail > Mail Templates.
    • Alternatively, hover over your Gravatar (profile image) at the top right, and navigate to Settings > Mail > Mail Templates​​.
  2. Types of Email Templates:
    • The system includes various email templates for different purposes, such as welcome emails, password reset notifications, invoice and quote-related emails, event reminders, etc​​.
  3. Customization Options:
    • Active/Inactive Status: Toggle the status of each mail template to active or inactive. Inactive templates will not be used​​.
    • Subject Line: Edit the subject line of the email to suit your needs​​.
    • Delivery Method: Choose the default or a different mail delivery method for each template. The chosen method must already be set up in Jetpack CRM​​.
    • BCC Option: Include any additional email addresses to receive copies of the emails sent with this template​​.
    • Email Content: Edit the body of the email. You can use HTML and insert placeholders as needed. It’s recommended to copy the original content into a text editor before editing, to have a backup​​.
    • Previewing and Testing: Before saving, use the “Preview” and “Send Test” options to ensure the email appears as intended​​.
    • Saving Changes: Once satisfied, click “Save” to apply your changes to all emails of that type​​.
